The Australian Immunisation Handbook 10th edition - What's new 2017 update

This slide set has been developed by NCIRS to accompany the August 2017 update of the 10th edition of The Australian Immunisation Handbook.

It summarises the changes included in the August 2017 update of the Handbook and is intended for use by immunisation providers as an educational tool.

You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this file.

Tables and selected figures from the 10th edition Handbook are also available on our provider resources page.

The update was approved by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) in August 2017 and is published on the Immunise Australia website (available online only). The latest online version of the Handbook includes updates published in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. It supersedes the original 10th edition of The Australian Immunisation Handbook published (in hard copy and online) by the Australian Government Department of Health in March 2013.
